PRICES
All our prices are shown in Pound Sterling and exclude postage & packaging fees. Due to market fluctuations and rare herbs, the cost of our ingredients & packaging materials varies and we, therefore, reserve the right to change our product prices without prior notice. This does not apply to orders already placed & paid in full. We will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Whilst every effort is made to accurately describe our products, there may be slight variation in product colour, packaging design or specification. We endeavour to make sure pricing is correct at time of publishing but reserve the right to change prices due to supplier changes.
SUITABILITY OF PURPOSE
We do not accept responsibility for misuse of our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the products with discretion. We do not accept responsibility for damage or defect of goods arising from incorrect storage or use by the customer. We accept no liability for loss or consequential damage arising from the goods supplied.
PRODUCT STORAGE
Since we source and use only the purest, fresh and highest quality ingredients, we recommend the following:
The products should be stored in a cool, dark and dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Always avoid the window area. Failure to follow these care instructions may result in the invalidation of warranty. If you store your product as recommended, the shelf life is approx. 12 months (depending on your order and type of product). During warm weather, it is normal for some types of creams to become softer and a slight separation of oils may occur. This will not affect the function or quality of the product. All products are checked carefully before dispatch to the customer. We cannot be held responsible for the deterioration of the products due to the customer’s incorrect storage conditions. For best results, please start using your products as soon as possible after purchase and keep them away from sun or heat. Please avoid stocking up.
SAFETY AND ALLERGY GUIDELINES
Please note if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have allergies, consult your healthcare professional before the use of any product. Information about each product is not a substitute for a professional medical consultation. Our products contain certified organic: nuts, herbs, seeds, fruits and some of our products contain certified organic bee products. Consumers with known allergy to certain ingredients may wish to avoid products that contain those ingredients.
It is consumer’s responsibility to read carefully ingredients list of each product and do a patch test before use.
We recommend you test the product on a small section of the skin before using the product on a larger area. If a rash or irritation occurs after use- discontinue use. We do not accept responsibility for the misuse of our products. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the products with discretion and check with a professional if in doubt. By purchasing our products you recognise and accept the fact that some organic ingredients may still cause sensitivity in some individuals and that organic skin healing will not be held responsible for such occurrences. We encourage new customers & those with sensitive skin to try our samples and performing a patch test on the skin.
RETURNS
At the moment, Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns and still guarantee the purity of products to our customers. If you buy then change your mind we have no obligation to accept goods for a full refund and if we do we may charge a manufacturing fee at our sole discretion.
