You will normally receive two emails from us.

The first email is confirmation of your order. This is confirmation that we have received your order. It is not confirmation that the order you have placed is guaranteed to be in stock or that it can be fulfilled for next delivery.

A second email will be sent which is your email receipt and means that your order has been processed; your item(s) are in process of manufacture. You will also receive the estimated delivery dates. Please note:  No orders will be dispatched until full payment has been received.

Delivery information

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time estimate (the estimate is in working days unless otherwise stated). However, this is an estimate, and delivery within the time quoted cannot be guaranteed. If the goods are not delivered within the time we have estimated, please feel free to contact us without delay and we will try to resolve delivery queries promptly. We will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery over the estimated provided. 
Please note that we do not dispatch goods to PO Boxes and reserve the right to cancel any order where the address is later found to be a PO Box. We will take all care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or miss delivery as a result of incorrect data entry. If your products are returned back to us either by Royal Mail or the courier Parcelforce, we reserve the right to charge you for the costs incurred for the shipping of your parcel. Should you decide to have your order re-send, please note we will request payment of the applicable shipping fee. All orders require a signature upon delivery so please make sure there is someone available at the delivery address to accept & sign for your packet. We are grateful to all those people who await their delivery longer than usual. Our aim is to prepare and dispatch items within 4 days after receipt of payment, however, please note that most of our products contain rare and limited herbs and we do not use chemical solvents to speed the developing- process so it’s worth waiting a little longer than usual. We will always inform our customers if this situation occurs and estimated delivery.

Your name, address, phone number and email address, and any other information you provide are held in strict confidence. We use the information you provide to complete orders and keep you informed of the progress of your order. We will never disclose your personal details to anybody.
